If your order has been damaged in transit or has discrepancies, please contact us immediately, and not later than 2 working days of receipt of the goods.

You must receive an acknowledgement from us together with the method of return prior to returning any item(s) to us. Ordered items returned must be returned as a full pack as received by you and cannot be accepted in part pack. If goods are returned to us outside these conditions or without authorisation from us, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Under any circumstances we will not refund the postage cost of returning the item back to us. Any refund will be net of any transaction/bank charges incurred by us in the processing of your refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process the original payment to us.

We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 2 working days. We will NOT issue a refund for any goods that have been opened or used.

We will resolve all issues on an individual basis.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of your order by notifying us as soon as possible. We will not refund any transaction/bank charges incurred by us processing a refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process the original payment to us. An order cannot be cancelled after goods are dispatched.
